PwC: Hive Hackers with P7

Over the past few weeks, Miss Barr’s Primary Seven class has been taking part in a computing course called ‘Hive Hackers.’ Each week a selection of staff from PriceWATERHOUSECoopers come into school to work alongside the Primary Seven pupils to teach coding and technology. The Primary Seven pupils are involved in a seven week programme which develops the skills of Coding; Sequencing, Loops, Debugging, Binary, Game Making, Digital Footprint and Interactive Story Making. On completion of the programme there will be an awards ceremony to be held in The Waterfront Hall on Thursday 28^th March 2019. Many thanks to PwC for running this wonderful programme. The children thoroughly enjoy participating in the workshops. A special thanks to PwC and Narelle for giving Saint Joseph’s the opportunity to Code and Scott and Gemma who have been successfully delivering the programme each week with such enthusiasm.
