Proposed After School Clubs - subject to change 

Please note there are limits on how many children can attend each club. This may result in the booking system rejecting your booking. This is because the club may be filled by the time you submit your booking. The system will let you know if this happens. 

We hope to make the system LIVE at 10.30am on Tuesday 29th March & close on Wednesday 30th March. We will update you on any changes on Monday 28th March. 

Primary 1 – Primary 2

Primary 3 – Primary 7 (Some clubs year group specific so check carefully below)

Afterschool Clubs due to start back from Monday 4th April.

Each club day will cost a one off payment of £5 to cover the cost from week beginning 4th April until Fri 24th June.

 So if your child goes to arts & craft on a Monday the one off £5 payment will cover the cost of the arts & craft club for every Monday until the end of school year. If your child goes to Play on a Tuesday then again you will pay a one off payment of £5 for your child to attend every Tuesday.

 Clubs will run Mon-Thurs. From 1.30/1.45-2.45pm for P1/2, and from 3-4pm for P3-7.

 If your child goes to clubs from Mon - Thurs the most you will pay is a one off payment £20 for the block from 4th April until the end of the school year (£5 per club day)

 We will have a range of clubs to choose from.

 Booking & payment will be via the school payment app.

 Please note we cannot accept cash or reserve places. The app must be used for all bookings and payments.

The booking system will open from Tuesday 28th - Wednesday 29th March. Full details to follow on Mon 27th March

Children in P1/2 will be collected from their classroom by the after school club assistant and taken to the club they have registered for.  Children should then be collected promptly at 2.45pm from the play park at the front of the school or the school hall if the club is taking place there. 

Children in P3-P7 should make their own way to the classroom allocated for their club.

Children should not sign up for Arts & Craft more than once a week as the lesson plans and activities will be the same for the whole week, so choose another club.

Children will be supervised during any time gap between classes finishing & clubs starting.
