Post Primary Application Process

• The Post Primary Portal opens tomorrow.  Admissions | Education Authority Northern Ireland (eani.org.uk)
• Parents MUST create an account on the portal BEFORE you come to your allocated appointment slot.
• We sent a text last week with a timeslot for you to attend (incase you need help/support completing the details on the portal)
• It is essential that parents pick a minimum of 4 schools.
• You must read through the criteria for each school to make sure your child meets the criteria set by each school. Search Admissions Criteria | Education Authority Northern Ireland (eani.org.uk)
• You MUST record on the comments section the areas of the criteria that your child fits for each school. Do not skip this section - this is the most important section as you must clearly outline how your child meets the criteria set by the school! 
• You may require supporting doucments from our school as part of the admissions criteria. We will provide you with the required documentation at your slot.
• It is ESSENTIAL that you attend promptly for your appointment as we are operating a timetable
• If your child set the transfer test then please make sure you are able to access the documentation you received on the SEAG portal informing you of your child's score/grade.

Please note it is the responsibilty of the parent to complete all sections on the portal. Miss Weir, Mr Fryers, Miss Halfpenny and Caroline will be on hand to assist you at your allocated slot.
