P5 trip to the City Hall & Christmas Market

Our P5 children had a wonderful trip to the City Hall followed by a tour of the market.

Public tours

Belfast City Hall offer free public tours every day. Led by an experienced guide, tours last around an hour and include the history of Belfast City Hall and its finest features. The tours are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Visitors must register 10-15 minutes before the tour is due to depart at visitor exhibition and guided tours reception. 

Although public tours of City Hall are free of charge, donations are kindly accepted for the development of the tour service. Donation boxes can be found at the main City Hall reception desk. 

Public tour times from 1 October - 31 May

Public tours take place daily.

From 6pm on Saturday 22 December until Sunday 6 January 2019 the front door and grounds of City Hall will be closed due to the dismantle of the market. Access to City Hall will be by the back gate on Donegall Square South only during this time.
