P1 trip to the farm
16th May 2018
Our Primary one children had a great time at Streamvale Farm. They fed lots of animals and got to pet some baby chicks, pups and rabbits. It was a great day out and even the sun was shining! The trip forms part of our 'Farm' topic learning. You can help us by reading books to your child about the different animals we would traditionally see at the farm or why not take a drive up around the mountain area at Divis; lots of calves and lambs in the fields at this time of year.
Fun fact: a baby rabbit is known as a kitten!
