Namaste 🧘♂️P2 - Yoga in school is a fun and engaging way for our children to develop flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. Poses like Downward Dog help improve balance and coordination, while Cat Stretch encourages spinal flexibility and body awareness. Yoga also teaches breathing techniques that promotes relaxation and focus, supporting both physical and emotional well-being. By incorporating yoga into PE, our children build confidence, reduce stress, and develop lifelong healthy habits in a playful and supportive environment.
