Culture Night Belfast - Friday 20 September and Saturday 21 September,
Culture Night Belfast is set to be the biggest yet, expanding into a two-day extravaganza with the introduction of Culture Day!
Belfast is the place to be on both Friday 20 September and Saturday 21 September, with events stretching into every corner of the city centre, as well as further afield.
Our own City Hall will be right at the centre of the action for Mix The City Live, a huge interactive celebration of our local music scene, from 5.30pm to 8.30pm on Friday 20 September.
Join other music lovers to celebrate Belfast's unique sights and sounds, as Conor Mitchell from The Belfast Ensemble orchestrates a real-time remix of Hannah Peel's original Mix the City collaboration, developed earlier this year, with help from local musicians Katie Richardson (featuring the Open House Festival Choir), No Oil Paintings, Kaidi Tatham, Steven Davis and Arco String Quartet - and even City Hall itself!
Other highlights to look out for include:
* Festival face and body art from Vintage Exchange NI
* Live music and dance performances as part of our Belfast Music summer season
* Elevate Morning Rave
* Children's sensory activities with Mini Explorers NI
* Zero Waste Kids environmental workshops
* Tai chi and aikido sessions
