Balance, agility & increasing our speed 👏

1st Feb 2022

They're going higher 🪜 The confidence is building as our children go up the ladder and traverse the beam. The speed has accelerated up a notch too 👏 Top job; another great day of sessions with our coaches from Sonal Sportz NI.

Gymnastics doesn't just help physical health,  it also aids mental health.

Research has shown that participating in gymnastics can help to build self-morale, determination, and better communication skills. It also improves quality of sleep and helps fight depression.  Participating in gymnastics from a young age is important as it targets all muscle groups for total-body strength and flexibility.
