Afterschool club registration from 9.30am-12 noon on Friday 10th November

After School Clubs

Afterschool Clubs due to start back from Monday 13^th November until Thursday 7^th Decmeber due to staff commitments at our school shows the following week. There will be NO clubs on Thursday 16th November due to non teaching staff strike action against The Education Authority (not the school).

Each club day will cost a one off payment of £5 for the block.

So if your child goes to arts & craft on a Monday the one off £5 payment will cover the cost of the arts & craft club for every Monday until the end of the block in December. If your child goes to Play on a Tuesday, then again you will pay a one off payment of £5 for your child to attend every Tuesday.

If your child goes to clubs from Mon - Thurs the most you will pay is a one off payment of £20 for the block. This does not include Sonal Sportz as this club is private and booked directly with Coach Paul via his QR code – to follow on Facebook.

Clubs will run Mon-Thurs. From 1.45-3pm for P1/2, and from 3-4pm for P3-7.

All children in P1 & P2 will be escorted to all clubs. All children in P3-P7 will be directed to their chosen club.

Booking & payment will be via the school payment app (except Sonal Sportz)

Please note we cannot accept cash or reserve places. The school payment app must be used for all bookings and payments.

The booking system will open on Friday 10th November from 9.30am and close at 12noon.  It is essential that you activate your account before 12 noon on Thursday if you have not already done so.

Please note: We CANNOT issue refunds OR CHANGE CLUBS so please choose & book clubs carefully.
